Kimi K3 Open Weights
Released July 27, 2026, Moonshot made the 2.8T-parameter (104B activated) Kimi K3 weights openly available on Hugging Face, the largest open language model at release and the first from a Chinese frontier lab at 3T scale. The ungated release includes 97 safetensors shards with MXFP4/MXFP8 quantization-aware training, under a bespoke Kimi K3 License that exempts MaaS providers under $20M revenue.
